What is Full of Kindness?
Full of Kindness is an exciting global subscription service for vegans. We offer you a subscription box for just £24.99 per month. We offer you a good mixture of vegan and cruelty-free skincare, makeup and beauty products.
When will I receive my first box?
In order to receive next month’s subscription, you need to sign up before 12am (Midnight) on 19th of the previous month. We ship our products in March, June, September and December. Any orders placed after 12am Midnight on the 20th of the previous month will be signed up for the following box.
However, if you miss out on the cut off and don’t want to wait you can try one of our past boxes.
Our boxes get packed and sent on the 1st of the month.
How is my box posted?
We send our boxes using Royal Mail 2nd class delivery and they are packaged using eco-friendly materials.
Are there any card types you do not accept?
We only accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. Maestro cards do not allow Recurring Transactions to be carried out on them, so we cannot accept them. If you have a card that we do not accept, contact us, and we can see about accepting a Standing Order from you each month instead.
How can I cancel?
If you wish to cancel log in to your account area and cancel your subscription. However, if you are unable do cancel, contact email@example.com and we will do it for you.
If you have already been billed and wish to cancel, you will still receive the last box you have paid for.
We do not refund subscription charges once they have been paid, even if your box has not shipped.
After you cancel and the last box you paid for is mailed, you will not be billed again or receive any additional boxes.

We do our absolute best to ensure that each and every box reaches you in tip top condition. However, in the unlikely event that there is a hiccup with your order, either with your payment or the contents of the box, drop an email to email@example.com. We will work on getting it resolved for you as soon as possible.
